Vote to pass a bill that ends tuition breaks for undocumented immigrants.

- Allows legal immigrant students graduating from Utah high schools after attending for three or more years or receiving the equivalent of a high school diploma in Utah to pay only resident tuition while attending Utah institutions of higher education if they register between the fall 2002-03 academic year and May 1, 2007 [sec.1 (1)(a-c(i)(ii))]. - Allows students entering Utah higher education institutions before May 1, 2007 to receive the non-resident tuition exemption established in Utah statute 53B-8-106 for as long as the student is enrolled in a degree or certificate program [sec. (5)].
