Highlights:

• Requires the Grant-in-Aid program to restore its original reimbursement formula used prior to the 2017 budget cuts, meaning that the state will provide 30% of the program’s costs in 2019 (Sec. 324).

• Authorizes a 2-percent pay raise for teachers for the 2019 pay cycle as well as a $1,000 flat raise for most other state employees (Secs. 8 and 9).
