Highlights:
-Applies capital murder charges in cases where a victim falls under one of the following categories: a justice of the Supreme Court, a judge of the Court of Appeals, a judge of a circuit or district court, a judge under temporary recall, or a substitute judge [sec.1(14)]. -Extends to cases in which the murder of a witness is "for the purpose of interfering with the person's duties in such case" [sec.1(15)].
