    • Prohibits responding to requests from the Immigration and Naturalization Service;

    • Prohibits or limits any government employee from communicating or cooperating with federal agencies regarding immigration;

    • Restricts a governmental entity’s ability to comply with detainer requests or custody transfer requests;

    • Requires the Department of Homeland Security to obtain a warrant or demonstrate probable cause before complying with detainers or requests; or

    • Prohibits law enforcement from inquiring into immigration status.
