Vote to pass a bill that protects first amendment free speech rights on college campuses.

Highlights:

• Prohibits individuals from engaging in conduct that blocks, prevents, or infringes upon another individuals ability to attend, listen to, view, or otherwise participating in an expressive activity protected under the First Amendment (Sec. 1).

• Specifies that the public areas of university and community college campuses are public forums and are open to any speaker that was invited by a student, student group, or faculty member (Sec. 1).

• Establishes a punishment of either suspension or expulsion from the state university or community college for any individual found to have repeatedly infringed upon the rights of another individual to engage in or listen to expressie activity protected under the First Amendment (Sec. 3)
