Vote to pass a bill that authorizes the regulation of powdered alcohol.

Highlights:

• Authorizes the state to regulate powdered alcohol in the same way it regulates other alcohol products (Sec. A).

• Requires anyone shipping or delivering powdered alcohol to a resident of this state to have an alcohol carrier license (Sec. A).

• Defines powdered alcohol as any alcohol product that is prepared in a powdered, crystalline, or capsule form either for direct use or for reconstitution in a nonalcoholic liquid, including gum or candy (Sec. A).

• Authorizes employees 18 or older to unload alcohol from delivery trucks or carry it to  customers’ vehicles (Sec. A).
