Vote to pass a bill that establishes a budget for fiscal years 2018-2019, 2019-2020, and 2020-2021.

Highlights:

• Appropriates $54 million for services to meet demand in child welfare (Sec. 76).

• Authorizes funding for property tax relief for seniors and individuals with disabilities through the homestead exemption (Sec. 53).

• Prohibits funds from Title X, the federal grant program for family planning services and other preventative healthcare, from being used for the following (Sec. 76):

• Programs that perform abortion;

• Make a referral for abortion; or

• Provide direct counseling in favor of abortion.

• Requires legal, financial, and physical separation between organizations providing abortions and those providing other Title X services (Sec. 76).
