Vote to pass a bill that establishes a budget for the 2017-2019 fiscal biennium.

Highlights:

• Appropriates $127.8 million each year for school transportation costs (Part I, Section C).

• Authorizes continued funding for the Family Resource and Youth Services Centers (Part I, Section B)

• Appropriates $59.5 billion for teacher health insurance for the first year of the biennial budget but provides no funding for the second year (Part I, Section I)

• Repeals the $100 million in bonds for law enforcement workforce development (Part I, Section C).

• Authorizes the chief justice to raise court fees and use that revenue to provide salary increases for non-elected judicial workers (Part VI)

• Repeals funding for the University Press of Kentucky, as well as the Kentucky Commission on Women (Part I, Section A).
