Vote to pass a bill that prohibits bump stocks.

Highlights:

• Prohibits the sale, manufacture, purchase, or possession of “bump stocks” or “trigger crank” 90 days after the effective date of this act (Sec. 5).

• Defines “bump stock” as any device for a weapon that increases the rate of fire achievable by using energy from the recoil of the weapon to generate repeated activation of the trigger (Sec. 5).

• Defines “trigger crank” as any device to be attached to a weapon that repeatedly activates the trigger of the weapon through the use of a lever or other part that is turned in a circular motion (Sec. 5).
