Vote to pass a bill that prohibits abortions based solely on a fetal diagnosis of Down Syndrome.

• Prohibits individuals from performing an abortion on a patient if such individual knows that the patient is seeking the abortion solely because of a fetal diagnosis of Down syndrome or a suspicion of Down syndrome (Sec. 4).

• Classifies performing an abortion when an individual has such knowledge as a Class A misdemeanor (Sec. 4).
