  • Prohibits possession, ownership, or sale of any device which attaches to a firearm that is designed to increase the rate of discharge of such firearm (Sec. XX).

  • Prohibits modification of any firearm for the purpose of increasing the rate of discharge of such firearm (Sec. XX).
