Vote to pass a bill that authorizes sanctions against Iran with respect to ballistic missile-related goods, services, and technologies.

Highlights:

• Specifies that the United States maintains bilateral sanctions against Iran for its efforts to manufacture, transfer or use ballistic missiles or other destabilizing weapons (Sec. 2).

• Authorizes the U.S. President to impose sanctions against the following (Sec. 2):

• Iranian government agencies involved in ballistic missile development;

• Foreign entities that supply material for, facilitate, or finance such efforts;

• Foreign individuals or agencies that import or export prohibited arms or related material to or from Iran; and

• Foreign entities that transfer goods or technologies contributing to Iran’s ability to acquire or develop ballistic missiles.

• Requires the President to submit a report to Congress regarding the foreign and domestic supply chain of Iran’s ballistic missile program that includes the geographic location of missile sites and identification of individuals or companies involved in such activities (Sec. 2).

• Requires the President to submit to Congress a determination of whether any Iranian ballistic missile test violates United Nations Security Council Resolution 2231 (Sec. 3).

• Requires the president to report to Congress regarding credible information about Iran’s violations of arms restrictions and attempts to pursue sanctionable activities (Sec. 3).
