A vote to pass a bill that appropriates disaster relief funding.

  • Appropriates $7.4 billion to the Disaster Relief Fund that will remain available until expended (Div. B).

  • Appropriates $450 million from the Small Business Act to remain available until expended for the disaster loan program (Div. B).

  • Specifies that $225 million from the $450 million appropriated under the Small Business Act will be transferred to and merged with “salaries and expenses” for administrative expenses to carry out the disaster loan program (Div. B).

  • Prohibits any funds provided under this act from being used for indirect administrative expenses (Div. B).
