• Requires schools to establish a policy that authorizes personnel to access firearms on school property (Sec. 1).

• Requires school personnel to have a concealed-carry license and maintain a valid certification in the use and handling of firearms in order to have access to firearms on school property (Sec. 1).

• Requires personnel to complete a psychological evaluation prior to be granted access to firearms on school property (Sec. 1).

• Requires each school to establish a firearm safety plan with the law enforcement agency that provides services to the school (Sec. 1)
