Title: Authorizes Free Speech on College Campuses

Vote to pass a bill that authorizes free speech on college campuses and prohibits students and faculty from disrupting the expressive rights of others.
Highlights:

Authorizes students and faculty to protest or demonstrate on college campuses as long as such activity is not unlawful and does not substantially disrupt the functioning of the institution (Sec. 1).

Prohibits universities from requiring students or faculty to publicly express a given view on social policy (Sec. 1).

Authorizes universities to establish disciplinary sanctions for anyone who engages in violent, profane, obscene, or disorderly conduct or interferes with the free speech of others (Sec. 1).
