Highlights:

• Prohibits public agencies from knowingly disclosing personally identifying information to any federal agency or official including an individual’s race, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, disability, religious affiliation or immigration status (Sec. 2).

• Prohibits public agencies from collecting information regarding an individual’s religious beliefs, practices, or affiliation (Sec. 2).
