Vote to pass a bill that establishes a state budget, which includes funding for most state agencies, for the fiscal years of 2017 to 2021.
Establishes a supplemental budget that totals $15.9 billion from all funds, including $6.3 billion from the State General Fund (Secs. 2-48).
Establishes an all-funds increase of $120.4 million (Secs. 2-48).
Reduces the State General Fund by $80.9 million from the fiscal year 2017 (Secs. 2-48).
Requires a delay in the appropriation of $75 million for K-12 education by 1 fiscal year (Sec. 24).
Reduces funds for the KPERS Trust Fund by $64.1 million and establishes a plan to restore those funds over the next 20 years by paying KPERS $6.4 million each year starting in 2018 (Sec. 24).
