Highlights:

Authorizes the dismissal of an employee that advocates the violent overthrow of government or knowingly belongs to, or has belonged to, an organization that is engaged in subversive activities (Sec. 3).

Repeals any reference to communism so that the provisions of this bill apply to any individual or organization that is engaged in subversive activities or advocates the forceful or violent overthrow of government (Secs. 1 - 4).
