Highlights:

• Appropriates $598.4 billion to the Department of Defense, for purposes including but not limited to (Division C, Titles I-X):

• Military personnel;

• Department operation and maintenance;

• Weapons and vehicle procurement; and

• Research, development, testing, and evaluation.
