Vote to pass a bill that regulates the gaming industry by, among other things, prohibiting certain counties from slot machine gambling.

Highlights:

• Authorizes the Seminole Tribe of Florida to offer craps and roulettes at their casinos (Sec. 1).

• Authorizes the Seminole Tribe of Florida to maintain their slot machines and blackjack tables for 20 years (Sec. 1).

• Establishes restrictions on the use of slot machines in Seminole-tribe casinos in South Florida (Sec. 2).

• Requires the Seminole tribe to provide every new employee of their casinos a training program on compulsive gambling and assisting problem gamblers (Sec. 3).

• Requires the Seminole tribe to provide printed materials to patrons containing information on the 24-hour hotline of the Florida Council of Compulsive Gambling or other resources dedicated to assisting problem gamblers (Sec. 3).
