Vote to pass a bill that amends provisions regarding campaign fundraising.
Highlights:

Authorizes members of the senate, general assembly and political campaign committees to fundraise during a recess in even-numbered years if the general assembly adjourns before May 15 for a period of not less than ten calendar days, Sundays excepted (Sec. 3).
- Authorizes any candidate running a total of four years to accumulate the total amount allowed by having the limits reset every two years (Sec. 5).
