Vote to pass a bill that prohibits local government from enacting ordinances that oppose state law regarding freedom of speech and reproductive rights.

Highlights:

• Prohibits local government from enacting any ordinance, policy, or regulation that does any of the following (Sec. A):

• Requires an employer, health care provider, or any other individual to provide coverage for or participate in a health plan that includes benefits not required by state law;

• Prohibits, restricts, or interferes with the operations and speech of abortion agencies; or

• Requires an individual to participate in an abortion if it is contrary to their religious beliefs or moral convictions.
