Highlights:

• Requires the Department of Health to perform an unannounced inspection of abortion clinics at least annually, and that the inspection shall include material including, but not limited to, the following (Sec. 2):
• The facilities, conditions, and equipment of the clinic; and
• A representative sample of procedures and medical records.

• Requires that abortions be performed by licensed physicians (Sec. 1).
