Vote to pass a bill that prohibits collective bargaining agreements that require employees to join a labor union.

Highlights:

• Prohibits labor organizations from directly or indirectly imposing dues, fees, payroll deduction, assessments or other charge on members of the organizations (Sec. 1).

• Establishes freedom of choice for employees to engage in the following as a condition of employment or continuation of employment (Sec. 1):
• To resign or refrain from membership in a labor organization;
• To become or remain a member of a labor organization;
• To pay any dues, fees, assessments or charges of any kind to a labor union
• To pay any charity or third party

• Protects employees from discrimination, coercion and intimidation as a result of joining or refusing to join a labor union or to pay dues or other charges to a labor union (Sec. 1).
