  • Authorizes the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System to exclude any organization that fails to segregate taxpayer dollars from abortions, including the use of taxpayer dollars for any overhead expenses attributable to abortions (Sec. 1).

  • Authorizes excluding organizations that have done any of the following (Sec. 1):

    • Been found liable for the neglect of a patient resulting in death or injury;

    • Engaged in the unlawful disposal of medical waste;

    • Failed to comply with reporting requirements of sexual abuse, sexual assault, child or sex trafficking, or statutory rape.
