Highlights:

• Establishes the Virginia Virtual School, a virtual public school that opens the 2017-2018 academic school year (Sec. 1).

• Authorizes a parent to enroll his or her student into the Virginia Virtual School by June 15 of the upcoming school year, if he or she completes the enrollment procedure through a “multidivisional online provider” (Sec. 1).
