    • Has not been convicted of a hit and run, resisting arrest, driving with a suspended or revoked license, felony robbery, or felony fraud; and

    • Has no more than 3 traffic violations in the preceding 3 years.

  • Authorizes suspension or revocation of a driver’s certificate if they are arrested for a crime or receive a driving citation that would render them unsuitable to provide transportation network services (Sec. 4).

  • Requires the Growth Capital Corporation to participate in projects each year to provide financial assistance to taxicab companies that meet the definition of a small business (Sec. 3).
