Vote to pass a bill that increases penalties for individuals and corporations that sell unlicensed motor vehicles.

Highlights:

• Requires an individual who sells a motor vehicle without a license to complete 25 hours of useful public service (Sec. 1).

• Requires an individual, upon their second conviction, to pay a fine of at least $5,000 and no more than $25,000 in addition to imprisonment of 10 days (Sec. 1). 

• Requires a corporation who sells cars without a license to pay a fine of at least $5,000 and no more than $25,000 for each separate offense (Sec. 1).
