• Requires all state laws, ordinances, decrees, programs, or policies, including driver’s license examinations, to be written in only English (Sec. 1).
• Prohibits the state from penalizing or impairing the rights, obligations, or opportunities available to any individual solely because he or she only speaks English (Sec. 1).
