Highlights:

• Requires a packaged product containing genetically engineered fish intended for human consumption to be labeled with the following statement (Sec. 5):
• “Genetically engineered”;
• “Produced with genetic engineering”; or
• “Partially produced with genetic engineering.”

• Requires genetically engineered fish openly displayed for human consumption to have a sign within proximity of the fish clearly labeled “genetically engineered” (Sec. 4).

• Requires a shipping container used for transporting genetically engineered fish in bulk for human consumption to be clearly labeled “genetically engineered” (Sec. 4).
