Vote on a motion to declare a bill inexpedient to legislate that authorizes establishments with liquor licenses to obtain a video lottery machines license.

Highlights:
  • Authorizes the New Hampshire Lottery Commission to issue licenses to operate video lottery machines to individuals who have an on premise liquor license (Sec. 1).
  • Authorizes a licensee to operate up to 6 video lottery machines (Sec. 1).
  • Requires the Lottery Commission to provide and operate a central computer system for the purpose of continuously monitoring all video lottery machine information (Sec. 1).
