Vote to pass a bill that appropriates funds for a liquefied natural gas pipeline.

Highlights:

• Appropriates funds from the general fund to the following departments to acquire a liquefied natural gas pipeline, in the following amounts (Secs. 2-4): 
• $10.1 million to the Department of Law;  
• $1.85 million to the Department of Natural Resources; and 
• $1.04 million to the Department of Revenue. 

• Appropriates $68.45 million to acquire the interest in the liquefied natural gas pipeline currently held by TransCanada Alaska Midstream Limited Partnership in the Alaska liquefied natural gas project (Sec. 5). 

• Appropriates $75.6 million from the general fund for the preliminary front-end engineering and design work for the liquefied natural gas pipeline (Sec. 5).
