Title: Prohibits The Use of Electronic Cigarettes on Publicly Funded Colleges and Universities
Vote to pass a bill that would prohibit the use of e-cigarettes on publicly funded colleges or universities.
Defines an “e-cigarette” as an electronic oral device that provides a vapor of nicotine or other substance that simulates smoking including, but not limited to, the following (Sec. 1):
A device that is composed of a heating element, battery, or electronic circuit;
A device that works in combination with a liquid nicotine delivery device that is composed of pure nicotine and propylene glycol and is manufactured for use with e-cigarettes; and
A device that is manufactured, distributed, marketed, or sold as an e-cigarette, e-cigar, or e-pipe.
