Title: Scholarships for Opportunity and Results (SOAR) Reauthorization Act

Vote to pass a bill that extends a school voucher program in Washington D.C. until 2021.
Highlights:
- Extends an appropriation of $60 million until fiscal year 2021, including the following amounts (Sec. 10):
- $20 million for the Scholarships for Opportunity and Results (SOAR) Program;
- $20 million for the District of Columbia public schools; and
- $20 million for the District of Columbia public charter schools.
- Requires the Secretary of Education to appropriate a $2 million grant for scholarships to a private elementary or secondary school participating in the SOAR Program (Sec. 6).
