Title: Justice for Victims of Iranian Terrorism Act

Vote to pass a bill that prohibits sanctions on Iran from being lifted until Iran pays court-ruled fines for judgments related to terrorism.
Highlights:
- Prohibits the President from taking any action until it has been certified to Congress that the government of Iran has complied with the regulations and sanctions described by this Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (Sec. 2).
