Highlights:
- Requires the South Carolina infantry battle flag of the Confederate States of America to be permanently removed from capitol grounds within 24 hours of the effective date of this act (Sec. 2).
- Specifies that the Confederate flag will be transported to the Confederate Relic Room for display (Sec. 2).
