Highlights:

  • Prohibits the Alaska Gasline Development Corporation from planning or developing an in-state natural gas pipeline through which at least 50 percent of gas is intended for export as gas or liquefied natural gas, or planning Alaska liquefied natural gas projects, before the earliest of the following events (Sec. 2):

  • Prohibits the corporation from using money from the In-State Natural Gas Pipeline Fund to violate the provisions of this bill (Sec. 4).
