Title: Prohibits Superintendents from Serving on Certain School Boards

Vote to pass a bill that prohibits an individual from serving on the school board of a district for which they were previously employed as the superintendent, effective immediately.
Highlights:
- Prohibits an individual from being a candidate for a member or director of the school board in any district in the state if the individual has previously been employed by the district as the district's superintendent (Sec. A).
- Exempts candidates for special district offices, township offices in township organization counties, or city, town, and village offices, from requirements to run under a partisan label (Sec. A).
