Title: Repeal of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and Health Care-Related Provisions in the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010

Vote to pass a bill that repeals the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) and reestablishes provisions of law amended or repealed by the PPACA, effective 180 days after the enactment of this bill.
- Repeals the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) and all health care-related provisions of the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (Sec. 1).
- Specifies that provisions of law amended or repealed by the PPACA and health care-related provisions of the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 will be reestablished as if such Act had not been enacted (Sec. 1).
- Requires the Committee on Education and the Workforce, the Committee on Energy and Commerce, the Committee on the Judiciary, and the Committee on Ways and Means of the House of Representatives to propose changes to legislation that accomplish certain objectives, including, but not limited to, the following objectives (Sec. 3):
- Repealing policies and regulations that reduce jobs;
- Reducing health care premiums through increased competition and choices;
- Authorizing an individual to retain his or her health care plan;
- Providing an individual with pre-existing conditions access to affordable health care;
- Amending the medical liability system to reduce “unnecessary” health care spending;
- Increasing the number of insured Americans;
- Maintaining the doctor-patient relationship;
- Increasing “flexibility” of a state to administer Medicaid programs while reducing costs;
- Increasing incentives to encourage personal responsibility for health care coverage;
- Prohibiting taxpayer funding of abortions;
- Repealing duplicative government programs; and
- Prohibiting the growth of entitlement programs and the increase of the tax burden on Americans.
