Vote to pass a bill that authorizes an individual to carry a concealed firearm without a license.
Highlights:
- Authorizes an individual who is at least 21 years old and is not otherwise prohibited from possessing a firearm to carry a concealed pistol, revolver or other firearm without a license (Sec. 2).
- Authorizes an individual to carry a concealed handgun in any building unless the building is “conspicuously” posted in accordance with rules and regulations adopted by the attorney general (Sec. 11).
