Title: Requires Performance Audits of Certain State Agencies

  • Requires the state auditor to conduct the following performance audits between July 1, 2015, and June 30, 2017 (Secs. 1 & 2):
    • An audit of the Oil and Gas Division of the Industrial Commission that includes a review of the division’s rules and policies and their enforcement; and
    • An audit of the Department of Health that includes a review of the department’s rules and policies related to waste created from oil and gas development, as well as their enforcement.
