Highlights:
Requires a county to designate public locations for early voting in a general election beginning 15 days before the election and ending 2 days before the election, which must be open at the following times (Sec. 1):

A county with between 150,000 and 299,999 registered voters must have 5 early voting locations; and
A county with at least 300,000 registered voters must have 7 early voting locations.
