Title: Employee Health Care Protection Act of 2013

Vote to pass a bill that authorizes certain health insurance issuers to continue to offer for sale a group market coverage plan until December 31, 2018.
Highlights:
- Authorizes a health insurance issuer who has a coverage plan in the group market in 2013 to continue to offer such plan for sale, outside of an Exchange established under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) of 2010, through December 31, 2018 (Sec. 2).
