Title: Prohibits Workplace Discrimination Based on Reproductive Health Decisions

  • Prohibits an employer from discriminating against an employee based on the employee’s or the employee’s dependent’s reproductive health decision making, including, but not limited to, the decision to use a particular drug, device, or medical service or on the basis of an employer’s personal beliefs about such services (Sec. 1).
