Vote to pass a bill that amends the occupational safety and health standards for adult films.

Highlights:

• Requires an employee of an adult film to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to blood borne pathogens each time he or she engages in sexual intercourse (Sec. 2).

• Requires an employee of an adult film to be tested for sexually transmitted infections no more than 14 days prior to filming any scene in which that employee has sexual intercourse (Sec. 2).

• Requires an adult film employer’s exposure control plan to include documentation of the personal protective equipment used and the tests for sexually transmitted infections for all scenes produced (Sec. 2).
