- Requires the University of Tennessee administration and Board of Trustees to complete the following actions:
- To publish a list of programs funded by the portion of the student activity fee allocated to student organizations for student programming;
- To develop ways to increase transparency and accountability in the process by which student activity fees are allocated to student organizations for student programming; and
- To ensure a majority of nonstudent representation on the University Programs and Services Fee Board at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville campus.
- Authorizes the University of Tennessee to provide each individual responsible for paying the student activity fee with a written statement, acknowledging that a portion of the fee may be allocated to student programming of “controversial or objectionable nature.”
