Vote to pass a bill that repeals certain elections laws enacted in 2013.

Highlights:

• Repeals the pending provision that increases the number of signatures required on a petition to nominate a candidate for public office (Sec. 1):

• Repeals the pending provision that requires the removal of an individual from the Permanent Early Voting list if the individual does not vote on the early ballot in the 2 most recent primary and general elections for federal office (Sec. 1).

• Repeals the pending provision that requires permanent early voting request forms distributed by a candidate, a political committee, or another organization to include a notice that the signing individual is agreeing to receive an early ballot for every election and that the individual does not wish to vote at an assigned polling location (Sec. 1). 

• Repeals the pending provision that prohibits a paid or volunteer worker of any political committee and any organization on whose behalf an individual is directed to collect or return a ballot from collecting or returning early ballots to an elections official (Sec. 1).
