Title: Prohibits the Use of Tanning Facilities By Minors

Highlights:
- Prohibits an owner, employee, or operator of an artificial tanning device or tanning facility from allowing a minor who is under 18 years of age to use an artificial tanning device, effective July 1, 2014 (Sec. 1).
