Vote to pass a bill that prohibits an individual from recording any image or sound from an agricultural operation without the permission of the owner and from obtaining access to agricultural facilities under false pretenses, effective immediately.

Highlights:

• Prohibits an individual from recording any image or sound from an agricultural production facility without the permission of the owner (Sec. 1).

• Prohibits an individual from obtaining employment, physical access, or the records of an agricultural production facility by force, threat, misrepresentation, or trespassing (Sec. 1).
