- Extends the effective dates of certain provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, including the following (Secs. 102 & 202):
- the requirement that individuals maintain minimum health insurance coverage from 2013 to 2014;
- the monthly penalty amounts for failure to maintain minimum essential coverage; and
- the requirement that employers provide minimum health insurance coverage for their employees from 2013 to 2014.
